Optional Competitive Coach
Illumination Training Center is in Matthews, NC. Being right outside Charlotte, there is plenty to do nearby. We are 3 hours from the beach and 2-3 hours from the mountains. We are still a fairly new gym at 3 years old but growing fast. Currently we have over 600 students. Our competitive team is small but preforms well. Currently we run levels 4-7 and XCEL. We are looking specifically for a coach that has Optional experience to pour into our higher-level girls. Strong spotting skills and excellent work ethic are required. We are a fun family like staff. The owners pour into our staff with fun outings and birthday dinners.
About the job:
-Hours can be full time if you want to add some recreational coaching as well.
